What is your return policy?

Ordering Policies:

We Do Not Cancel orders after they are placed

We have a 3-5 day turnaround, Monday-Friday. It is often sooner, but please allow specified time.

JEWELRY IS NON REFUNDABLE >>>> please ask for more pics or details prior to placing order if you are unsure.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, no makeup stains, and all tags still attached. 

We offer merchandise return for store credit only - No Refunds. 

We only accept returns for store credit within 7 days of the day your order was delivered.

Please inspect all items upon receiving them & contact us the day of arrival with any concerns

Customer is responsible for shipping on exchange items.
